All products sold by SmartSheet Studio are digital downloads (Excel & PDF files) delivered instantly upon purchase.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the file has been downloaded or delivered.

We will help you if :

• Your file was not delivered after payment → contact us within 48 hours
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened → we will resend immediately
• You purchased the wrong product by mistake → contact us, we will find a solution
